Dr. Don Perras: Educational Consultant 

Dr. Don Perras is a retired Professor of Special Education at Southern Connecticut State University and an expert consultant dedicated to optimizing classroom management, pedagogic efficiency, and teacher wellness. Throughout a distinguished four decade tenure, he has delivered clinical on-site mentorship to thousands of K-12 educators across 328 academic facilities. Having coached 1,500 + educators  in varied environments, he established the Ecological Model—a proactive strategic framework that serves as the foundation for his professional podcast series.

He currently serves as a Professional Development Specialist with Catapult, LLC, architecting national training curricula for the 2026-2027 term.

Dr. Perras also facilitates advanced virtual seminars.
